Blaje stands in Breaza, in the Prahova Valley — where the Carpathian foothills begin to rise. The main house holds four floors of private rooms, shared apartments, and two common areas: a saloon & kitchen on the first floor, and a living room & kitchen on the ground floor.

A separate cottage in the front garden has its own bedroom and private bathroom — for guests who want quiet, away from the main house. The back garden is built for outdoor life: barbecue, dining tables, and open ground for whatever the weekend asks for.

Two fireplaces — one in the ground floor suite, one in the saloon above — make Blaje as much a winter house as a summer one.

For groups who want it, catering can be arranged separately — fresh meals prepared on the property, using local and own-grown ingredients. Worth planning ahead.
